Processing Team provides word-processing, transcription,
Xeroxing, faxing, switchboard operation, two-way radio communications,
processing mail, scheduling clinical appointments and Spanish
interpretation/translation.
Registration Team provides program financial eligibility
determination and registers patients for clinical services.
All Scotland county birth and deaths are also registered.
Records Team pulls, files, and maintains all patient records
in a central filing system. Patient records are prepared for
initial and follow-up visits, clinical appointments are scheduled
and lab test results are posted.
